Description
“I am interested in challenging traditional modes of the fashion and commercial photography industry, inspiring new perceptions and interpretations for the viewer. Through this, I have created a photographic series of 100 appropriated lips from fashion editorials and makeup campaigns. With Perfect Lips I hope to reflect on the expected standard of beauty throughout the world at the current time that is manufactured by the artifice of mainstream advertising.”
