This table was originally constructed as part of The Ostroms' Commons Revisited manuscript but was removed from the final published version and is presented here as an independent artifact. The editors of the special issue of Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarter in which the article was published all studied with the Ostroms. All three reviewed this table and their comments and suggestions are incorporated in this version.
