Abstract
This Thesis serves as record for the event surrounding the costume design for It’s a Wonderful Life. The Play was produced by the College of Creative Arts’ Division of Theatre and Dance at West Virginia University in the Fall of 2001. The document traces the conceptualization, actualization, and evaluation of the complete costume design for the production. Within the document there are inspirational research images, rough sketches of the costumes, as well as production photographs.
