Abstract

In April 2004, I was given the opportunity to portray Theresa Bedell in West Virginia University’s production of Boy Gets Girl. The following document details all of the steps involved in the process of developing this character. My primary methodology was the Stanislavski method because his methods require the actor to constantly strive to find the truth when developing characters.
