Abstract
This collection of poems engages the monostich form as a vehicle through which to explore the experience of time during times of heightened anxiety – both individual and collective. Specifically, these poems worry about illness and medicine; gender; the natural world; and the digital world. The collection opens with a series of monostiches, expands out into more horizontally shaped poems, and then returns to monostiches.
