Abstract
This study attempts to measure the effectiveness of one branch of higher education, a community college, in eeting the goal of increased individual effectiveness. The study is directed toward measuring the extent to which goals are met, using the model of Individual Psychology. Emphasis is placed on measuring those qualities which comprise social interest, as included in the three major dimensions of life -- work, friendship and love -- and in self-significance.
