Abstract
AI can promote holistic student success by connecting learning, self-awareness, and personal growth. Through Gallup AI, students can learn how to use their CliftonStrengths to improve study habits, manage their time effectively, and build stronger connections on campus. Instructors can harness AI to create inclusive, engaging, learning experiences that foster confidence, motivation, and a deeper sense of purpose in their students.
