Abstract
The purpose of this dissertation was to devolop and asses a systematic method of observation that would evaluate conductor effectiveness. For the purpose of this study, conductor "effectiveness" was defined as the behaviors of a conductor wich result in the relatively short term goal of improvement of performance.
